Time and Simplicity

Simplicity advises
And counsels just how:
To lay aside frills,
Concentrate on the Now
A thousand tomorrows
Won't buy Yesterday
And a moment full-lived
Can not just 'slip' away.
Full-bodied and living
Each instant exists
In a World where time's arrows
Continually 'miss'.
Time is no
'target'.
No prize to be grasped
Eternity's flower when
picked
Cannot last.
It's sights and it's
senses
Are enhanced when they're
Free
So, desire them not
Let Eternity 'Be'.
